by ordering a commission from me you agree to the following terms:
+ I reserve the right to decline any commission, with or without a given reason.+ payment upfront through paypal.+ please provide a clear reference. (no heavy watermarks)+ no refunds unless I cannot complete the order/I have not started working yet.+ commission may take multiple months to complete, please do not rush me.+ commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval. afterward, you will get a cleaner draft for second approval. please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.+ when commission is complete and client is satisfied the full resolution PNG will be sent through email.+ an invoice will also be sent after commission is complete.
